Cage Type Planetary Stranding Machine For Al Wire
1. Usage
This machine is mainly used for stranding Cu, Al conductor, ACSR and core of insulation cable etc. It’s also can be used for Cu wires screening.
2. Advantages
2.1 The expansion connection shafts of the cradle adopting the technology from France, which avoids the abrasion between the shafts and keys. Easy installation and commissioning.
2.2 No need of gearboxes nor ground-shafts; no noise, no leakage, lower power consumption, easy maintenance and repair.
2.3 Siemens S7-200 PLC with profibus can realize on-site monitoring, coordinate between different motors, DANFOSS converter controls the DC MOTORS on and off, operation, and speed control. Parameters could be set, changed and displayed on the TOUCH PANEL. Advance electrical control, easy operating, and reliable operation.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in North China.
Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers, Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type Laying-up lines.
Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs.
