1. Application
Excellent Performance High Speed Steel Wire Cable Armoring Machine is mainly used for single-layer armor of steel wire and copper wire shielding of less than 30 wire.Accompanied with taping head,it can used for insulation cores and some control cable stranding process.The broken wire alarm signal is transmitted by pulse, and the broken wire stop rate is 100%.Surface polishing of capstan wheel.

2. Main Component
Central pay-off strand, armouring hose, die holder,taping device,traction device,meter counter, take-up traverse device,transminssion system and electric control system.

3. Main features

3.1 The machine is suitable for stranding long length and section bare aluminum copper , aluminum alloy, aluminum cable steel reinforcing wires to product the following power cables. Sector shapped conductors,round compacted ,single core prespiralled.
3.2 Reels are arranged quartering around the cages.The centralized side loading system can increase efficiency much more,the equipment has high-powered, high speed.
3.3 It driven by 36-stage gear-box,the tow wheels of double wheel capstan are overhung position supported on shafts.One wheel is straight and the other is inclined position arranged to ensure good care of the material to be pulled out. The maximum pulling force reaches 15T.each reel is equipped with an advanced broken wire detector, allowing to stop the machine automatically in case of broken wire.
