Electric Tubular Stranding Machine For Steel Wires 12 Mm
1. Applications
This machine mainly used for stranding copper wire, AAC, ACSR or other insulated wire.Also suitable for steel wire rope making.
2. Main Features
2.1 Cage is installed on the casted plate. Stable operation and easy installation.
2.2 The middle and end parts are supported by bearings with a lubrication tank to the bearing in the middle of the tubular to realize a full lubrication and also with a temperature sensor which will make alarming when the bearing is over heated.
2.3 The machine adopts PLC control the whole line,the electrical control system is advance in technology, easy in operation, reliable in running.
2.4 Assemble body structure/Welding body structure.
