1. Brief introduction of PCD Dies
PCD(Polycrystalline Diamond) is a kind of synthetic diamonds. The carbon molecule forms PCD under ultra high temperature and press. Strong bond between diamond particles make PCD have higher abrasive resistance,hardness as well as good thermal conductivity.
PCD wire drawing die is a normal wire tool made by PCD blanks. When pass through a group of PCD dies, the wire gradually deforms then becomes thiner and thiner, finally comes to target size.

Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers, Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type Laying-up lines.

Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs.
