1. Application
This machine is mainly used for the production of large-section and large-length steel-core aluminum stranded wire and copper, aluminum and
aluminum alloy conductors without back-twist stranding; it can also be used for the non-back-twist twisting and compacting of round, special-
shaped and sector-shaped conductor cores.

3.Main features
3.1 The whole machine is driven by the independent motor, and each section of the cage and capstan are driven by a separate permanent magnet
synchronous servo motor. The cage is driven to rotate through a dedicated gearbox, which simplifies the structure compared to traditional ground
shaft linkage driven rigid type strander and makes equipment maintenance more convenient.
3.2 The control of the whole machine adopts Inovance series PLC, and various production process parameters are set through the touch screen.
Each section of the cage and capstan are driven by a Jiangsu Zhima servo motor, and the motor driver is a frequency converter device. To ensure
transmission accuracy, the transmission motor adopts a grating encoder feedback, and the whole machine adopts a bus communication method to
ensure signal transmission accuracy. In actual production, users set the process parameters such as the pitch of each section of the cage and the
speed of the production line on the touch screen according to the required cable specifications. When starting up, the speed of each transmission
part is automatically calculated by PLC to ensure the synchronization of the whole machine and the accuracy of the twisted wire pitch, and to
achieve stepless speed regulation of the whole machine. The electronic control system has advanced technology, convenient operation, and
reliable operation.
3.3 The pulse principle is used to detect wire breakage, which can accurately determine the wire breakage signal of any bobbin in each section of
the cage, ensuring detection accuracy. Through the display on the touch screen, the operator can quickly solve the problem and start the next start
up.
3.4 The machine uses Inovance programmable controller and field bus to unified command and coordinate the working status of all parts of the
machine, and uses a frequency converter to control the starting and operation of the AC motor. Inovance touch screen is used to set and display
various process parameters. The electronic control system is technologically advanced, easy to operate and reliable in operation.
3.5 The mechanical and electrical control of this structure adopts the currently most advanced full-automatic coil loading and unloading process in
China, which greatly improves the work efficiency of coil loading and unloading!
