1. Application
This machine is mainly used for armouring single or double steel wire around the cable, or manufacturing large section of steel wire ropes.The machine adopts programmable controller and touch screen to command and coordinate the electrical working state of the whole machine each part. Process parameters can be displayed, set and modified on the touch screen. Variable frequency speed regulation device is used to control the starting and running speed of AC motor. The electric control system has advanced technology, convenient operation and reliable operation.

2. Main Components
Central pay-off strand, armouring hose, die holder,taping device,traction device,meter counter, take-up traverse device,transminssion system and electric control system.
 
3. Main features
3.1 Cabinet type touch screen operation desk, which is convenient for operation and beautiful in form.
3.2 Reinforcement is added to the front support of the main machine to increase stability.
3.3 The wire die base is connected to the front support of the main machine, which has stronger integration and better mechanical rigidity.
