Rigid Stranding Machine
The rigid stranding machine is used for stranding Copper, Aluminum and Aluminium alloy wires and conductors with long length and large cross section.
Stranding compressed, compacted round or sector shaped ( straight or pre-spiraling ) as per customer requirements
We also customise this cage type stranding machine in accordance with customers’ requirements.
Rigid frame stranding is designed with 1+6+12+18+24+30+36 Bobbin Cage.

Skip Stranding Mahcine
Application

Bow type structure, totally 7 support boxes support 6 pairs of stranding bows on each pair end. The bow material is carbon fiber, which is durable. The machine is equipped with wire-break test device for each payoff unit in each bow. When wire is broken, and payoff bobbin will decrease the rotating speed, then the detector will get the data, then the machine will stop automatically. This will detect the 99% wire broken.

Usage
The machine is used for stranding Cu, Al wire, ACSR and insulated wires with back-twist. It also can steel-armoring or Cu-screening cables.
Main Character
1. There are 2 method for back-twist: back-twist circle and planetary mechanism.
2. The non-axle thimble twisting cage is equipped with mechanism friction tension control.
3. The transmission shafts link all the machine parts together to keep stable stranding pitch, which can also be chosen frequency synchronization to control the machine.
4. The machine is widely used, and manipulated conveniently with low-noise.
