1.Rigid Stranding Machine Features

1.4 Independent Motor Drive: Features a ground-shaft transmission structure where each cage is driven by an independent motor with electrical synchronization.

1.5 Advanced HMI + PLC Control: Enables effortless pre-setting of stranding pitch and direction, automatic tension compensation, and seamless speed synchronization with the pulling capstan and take-up unit.

1.6 Comprehensive Safety Protections: Built-in safety features include wire-break (overline) protection and overvoltage protection.

3. Features
3.1The machine is equipped with man-machine interface, and all operating parameters can be displayed and set in real time, which is intuitive and convenient.

3.2The actual rotating speed, capstan linear speed and other operating parameters of each strander can be displayed visually.

3.3The meter wheel is connected with the main control cabinet to set the meter for stopping.

3.4The disconnection alarm signal is transmitted wirelessly to effectively avoid confusion or failure of the transmission wire.

3.5Adopt cabinet type touch screen operation desk , which is convenient for operation and beautiful in form.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in North China.

Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers, Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type Laying-up lines.

Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs. Annual output value is over 10 million dollars at present,and has developed into one of the most important Stranding Machine Manufacturer in China.
