630 High Speed Skip Type Stranding Machine / Copper Wire Twisting Machine
The machine is used for stranding insulated cable core of control cable and steel wire armoring for cable.

· Insulated Cables Assembly such as Robot Cables with Back Twist
The machine is equipped with wire-break test device for each payoff unit in each bow. When wire is broken, and payoff bobbin will decrease the payoff speed, then the detector will get the data, then the machine will stop automatically. This will detect the 99% wire broken.The bobbin in the stranding cage is clamped by pneumatic wrench. The machine is equipped with disc type pneumatic brake.
