1. Application
This machine is widely used in a variety of multi-core contral cable into a cable and armored. The cross-section of the wire core 1.5~6mm².
Advanced practicality and performance of the machine, beautiful appearance, easy operation, maintenance and repair, is the choice for small
and medium-sized cable factory equipment.
2. Characteristics
2.1 All Cages, Pre-Spiraling Heads, Taping Head, Capstan & Takeup are separately driven.
2.2 All bobbins can be loaded/unloaded simultaneously by automatic loading equipment, thereby reducing loading/unloading time to Max. 30 minutes.
2.3 In Power failure situation, the machine comes to a controlled stop by emergency braking system, enabling the bobbin is held by spring pressure with a secondary positive lock. The release of bobbin is by externally plugged pneumatic compressed Air.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in North China.
Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers, Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type Laying-up lines.
Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs.
