Steel Cable Armouring Machine For Copper Aluminum Wire Planetary Type
1. Application
This machine is mainly used for armouring single or double steel wire around the cable, or manufacturing large section of steel wire ropes.The machine is equipped with broken wire automatic stop device, emergency stop device and other protection , which is safe and reliable.
2. Main features
2.1 The machine is suitable for stranding long length and section bare aluminum copper , aluminum alloy, aluminum cable steel reinforcing wires to product the following power cables. Sector shapped conductors,round compacted ,single core prespiralled.
2.2 The braking area of the main machine is increased to improve the braking performance.Surface polishing of capstan wheel .
2.3 Reinforcement is added to the front support of the main machine to increase stability. The wire die base is connected to the front support of the main machine, which has stronger integration and better mechanical rigidity.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in North China.
Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers, Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type Laying-up lines.
Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs.
